According to the notification, the government decided to close school from 25 May to 31 May due to the heatwave. At this time temperatures in Pakistan are increasing day by day. All schools will be closed from Tomorrow due to the highest temperature in summer.
But the Government revised their summer vacation schedule and decided the school would remain closed from 1st June to 14 August and again all government and private sectors will be open on 15 August. Due to summer vacation summer tasks will be delivered by the school during this vacation.

Summer Holidays In Punjab (7 Days):
Due to the heatwave alert, all government and private sectors will be closed from tomorrow. The government decided to close all schools from 25 May to 31 May. Heatwave Alert:
Heatwave means the specific period that the temperature is highest other than usual days. A heatwave is an abnormal weather that lasts more than 2 to 3 days and during these days the weather is hotter than on different days. In Pakistan, a heatwave alert is given by the National Weather Forecasting Center and they give advice on how you can protect yourself during heatwave duration.
Heatwave Safety Tips:
- Wear Sunglasses.
- Use Fans, Cooler Fam, and Air conditioner.
- Use Sunscreen.
- Use hats and umbrellas.
- Eat watermelon, melons, and peach.
- Drink a huge amount of water.
- Use fresh juices.
Summer Vacation In Pakistan:
In Pakistan, as usual, all Government and private sectors will remain closed due to summer vacation from 1st June to 14 August 2024. As usual, schools across Pakistan will be closed for over two months. All schools will be delivered summer tasks during vacation. The government and Private Sector will be re-opened on 15 August.
All students stay at home and prevent themselves from heatwaves. All students enjoy their vacation and play outdoor and indoor activities at home with their parents. This vacation is for 2.5 months and notification of this vacation is given below.
