All boards of Punjab will follow the latest policy of passing marks in 2024. It's compulsory for all students of Matric and Intermediate they get 40% marks in each theory and practical subject. If any student of the 10th class will not be able to get 40% marks in each subject they will be considered failed. All students who have Matric and Intermediate have 4 chances to clear their class in 2 years.

According to the 40% policy, passing marks that are required out of 75 will be 30. It's compulsory for all students they get 40% marks in exams otherwise they will be considered failed. If any student is unable to get 40% marks in each subject they will reappear in supplementary exams within 40 days after the declaration of results.
